My Story
IT ALL STARTED BECAUSE I HAVE NO PATIENCE TO WAIT FOR STUFF AND TO GET THE FREE STUFF!
I found out about Scentsy over 10 years ago when I was cleaning a friends bathrooms (yep I used to clean bathrooms in addition to two other jobs to make ends meet, do what you gotta do). I went home and purchased my first warmer off E-bay (don't do that)!! Not long after my first warmer I came across a friend that sold Scentsy and well the rest is history! I joined because honestly I have no patience to wait for things, I wanted full control over when my orders went in AND I wanted the half off and FREE stuff (cuz let's be real who doesn't want something for FREE). For a couple years I literally just purchased off myself to satisfy my addiction and of course I love to spread the love so you can guess what everyone got as gifts for every occasion!!! Fast forward to 2015 and I became a grandma for the first time!!! I was still working at the time and at first I was able to work around my schedule and babysit. However after about a year it got more and more difficult and as time went on and I earned my first FREE trip on a cruise to Cozumel, Mexico I realized the income potential I had right here with Scentsy. I wanted to have more flexibility to be able to babysit anytime I was needed and after talking with my husband we decided IF I could bring in the same amount from Scentsy I could leave that 9 to 5 job. Over the next couple years, lots of You Tube Videos and earning several more FREE trips this little fun gig that was satisfying my addiction became an opportunity to work from home, babysit my grandies, pay off some bills and be a full time caregiver for my mom with dementia for 4 years and now it's turned into a community and family I can't imagine my life without. Scentsy has given so much to my family and I just love that with it I can give so much to my family as well AND don't get me started on all the amazing customers, teamies and fellow consultants who have become some of my closest friends! Crazy how satisfying my fragrance addiction (aka making my life smell amazing) has paid off so many bills, gave us a brand new deck, countless vacations and is now the vehicle that will help set us up for retirement with zero bills (aside from our mortgage) new cars and the life we used to dream about! We have a few more years before retirement for my hubby, but we have a solid plan in motion and Scentsy will get us there! Scentsy is one of those rare opportunities that can be anything YOU want it to be...you might be just like me when I first started and all you want is to get your goodies when you want, snag some FREE stuff to changing your life forever!!!
